Our Why

As former competitive athletes, we lacked guidance early on in fostering our own athletic development. Through our respective work experiences as an Athletic Trainer and a Strength & Conditioning Coach, we learned strategies to support this development while improving performance and reducing the risk for injury. Our philosophy centers around functional strength training and is adaptable to meet the needs of athletes of all ages. This holistic approach incorporates all key elements of fitness to keep athletes healthy during their athletic career and beyond.
