Long Term Athletic Development
We believe in the long term athletic development model. Training is introduced at a young age and includes opportunities for movement, skill development and play. Later, when a strong foundation exists, structured weight training is introduced to improve athletic performance and reduce the occurrence of injuries.
These programs are also great for kids who are not involved in sports and are looking to get active!

FUNdamentals Program
In our FUNdamentals program training is introduced in a fun way that is play based and improves skills that build the foundation of athleticism. Games and activities work to improve coordination, body awareness, speed, power, agility, strength and balance.

Athletic Development introduces a more structured approach to training. Sessions focus on improving power, speed and strength to enhance athletic performance and reduce the occurance of injuries.
