ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

Our Athletic Development Training sessions are for athletes who are looking to improve their overall performance and reduce their risk of injury. With these athletes we prioritize establishing sound fundamental movement patterns by promoting correct posture and addressing tight/weak muscle groups. This approach allows us to avoid building strength on top of dysfunction. Building strength and power in multiple planes of motion is our next priority, and is the main focus of most training sessions.
