FUNdementals Program
Our FUNdementals Program sessions are open to kids ages 7-12. Activities and games are used to improve coordination and body awareness with a basic introduction to body-weight strengthening techniques. We hope to encourage a healthy and positive relationship with fitness and strength training, these sessions incorporate activities and exercises that allow us to achieve goals in a fun and constructive way.
Maximum of 8 participants per session
Sessions are 50 minutes in length
Our Foundation Group Training packages are available for purchase below, we offer a drop-in rate of $25/session.
