ADULT FITNESS
Our adult groups are open to anyone over the age of 18 and focus on developing and maintaining all aspects that contribute to living a pain-free, active lifestyle.
SENIOR STRENGTH
Our senior group classes are open to older adults and seniors. These classes put an emphasis on mobility, coordination and balance training and also incorporate light strength and power work.
